Amount of stuff stolen out of garages in a country club neighborhood. Turns out many were built by the same builder and he used a certain type of garage door openers. Somebody figured this out and drove down the streets using a remote to see what doors opened. Turns out a lot. Now they are matched to the remotes and the codes change electronically. They sure did get a lot of golf clubs and bikes. This was early 2000s and most the houses were built late 1990s.
